The Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and PT Taiyo, hold seminars and training attended by dozens of teachers or instructors in refrigeration engineering.

It is held for two days from October 31 to November 1, 2023, at the Daikin National Training Center.

Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency Head, Hari Nugroho expressed his thanks and appreciation for the collaboration held with JICA and PT Taiyo which has held seminars and training in refrigeration engineering.

"Hopefully, this collaboration will run well until the end and provide good benefits for both parties, especially for the training participants who have been provided with the knowledge and insight in this activity," he expressed, Thursday (11/2).

According to him, competition in the world of work is currently very tight. Hence, it was necessary to prepare quality human resources, especially for young professional workers.

Currently, the company continues to improve the quality of job seekers and new entrepreneurs to increase competency.

"It has an impact on increasing the competitiveness of the participants in the world of work and entrepreneurship," he stated.

His agency had an essential role in processing human resources and making them quality.

"One way that can be done to improve the quality of human resources is job training to improve skills and knowledge as provisions that can be used in the world of work," he explained.

He added one of the main aspects that is also deemed in the training process provided is the teaching staff or instructors. They should have superior competence, keep up with the times, and continuously innovate.

"Improving knowledge, attending seminars and training which are carried out to make teaching staff more adaptable to the industrial world in collaboration with industry is our hope," he said.
