Green Belt on Jalan Yos Sudarso will Soon Be Rearranged

The North Jakarta Parks and Forestry (Tamhut) Agency is rearranging the green belt along Jalan Yos Sudarso to make it more beautiful.

We're currently mapping the field conditions first

North Jakarta Tamhut Agency's Path and Funeral Section Head, Prihanto Budi Susilo said the arrangement would be conducted on two sides and the median of the road, starting from Cempaka Putih intersection to the traffic light of Jalan Enggano intersection

"Some of the plants need to be replaced and we are embroidering the empty parts. We're currently mapping the field conditions first," he said, Friday (1/5).

Plants along Jalan Sudirman - Thamrin Being Replaced

After receiving the results of the field mapping, the types of plants suitable for planting along the route would be determined.

"Besides the types of protective plants at the location, ornamental trees will also be planted. Besides greening, this is also to improve the beauty of the city," he asserted.

Development and Environment Division Head, Ardan Solihin hoped that the private sector could be involved in the arrangement of the Jalan Yos Sudarso area.

"Hopefully, there will be development along Jalan Yos Sudarso. The form of support can be anything such as pots, plants, or other suitable facilities," he stated.
