Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat asked the education sector will be a priority program in the Regional Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang) all over Jakarta, including West Jakarta.
Education and teacher must be our main focus
Djarot assessed the request is considering educational facilities in the city must be fixed. This is because around 40 percent of them are damaged. Therefore, he asked the government to focus more on education issues.

“I concerned with the educational facilities in the city. I still found lot of schools collapsed, broken tile, this is dangerous,” stated Djarot when he attended the Musrenbang in West Jakarta Administration office, Wednesday (4/1).
He also asked teachers' skill should be improved, thus they could have a role model in providing a quality education.
“Education and teacher must be our main focus,” he asserted.
