The Seribu Islands Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency (Nakertransgi) once again opened registration for Competency-Based Training in 2024. Training will be held on a regular or face-to-face basis in six Seribu Islands urban villages.

Seribu Islands Nakertransgi Sub-agency Head, Zahrul Wildan said Seribu Islands residents who are interested in taking part in the training can register directly online via the official website bit.ly/latihkep1000 or report via the training assistant in each urban village.
"This is free. To join, you only need to bring a photocopy of Jakarta KTP, Family Card, Final Diploma, and Passport Photo," he expressed, Tuesday (1/16).

The First Batch is located on Pari/Lancang Island from April 22 to May 31, the Second Batch on Tidung Island from June 3 to July 4, and the Third Batch on Harapan Island from August 11 to September 30.
As for the Computer Operator class for the First Barth will be on Pramuka Island from April 22 to May 31, the Second Batch on Kelapa Island from June 3 to July 4, and the Third Batch on Tidung Island from August 12 to October 2.
Then the Refrigeration Engineering profession class will be on Untung Jawa Island from June 3 to July 4, the Second Batch on Kelapa Island from August 1 to 30, and the Third Batch on Harapan Island from October 1 to 30.
"Especially for the Underwater Welding class, we're collaborating with the Special Job Training Center for Welding Development (PPKKPL), so the schedule is still waiting, which is estimated to be May to June," he explained.
He added that the quota for participants in this competency training is limited, with a maximum of 10 people participating in each vocational class. Participants will get many facilities, including a competency certificate at the end of the training.
"Hopefully, it can improve skills, knowledge, business independence, and welfare for residents in the Seribu Islands," he stated.
