Dhani Led 15 Trees Planting on Jalan Bungur Raya

Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma, Friday (2/16), led the planting of 15 trees on Jalan Bungur Raya, RW 03, Bungur Urban Village, Senen.
Today we planted 15 Bungur trees
Dhany said the planting is routinely conducted every Friday to green the area and improve the air quality in Central Jakarta.

According to him, his side will keep planting trees in Central Jakarta areas.
Meanwhile, Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency, Mila Ananda explained the trees planted is form of compensation for development that requires cutting down trees. For each tree affected by construction and cut down to be replaced by 10 trees with a diameter of around 20 centimeters.
"It is spread to all Jakarta areas. Residents are able to propose if they have empty land," she explained.
