20 People Get Paid COVID-19 Booster Vaccine at RSUD Tamansari

As many as 20 people received paid COVID-19 booster vaccination at Tamansari Regional Hospital, West Jakarta.

The booster price is Rp 290,000

Hospital's Medical Service and Treatment Section Head, Ngabila Salama, explained paid vaccination on February 22, 2024 was attended by 10 people, and February 26 by 10 people also.

Tamansari Hospital Opens COVID-19 Vaccination Every Monday and Thursday

"The booster price is Rp 290,000," she said, Monday (2/26).

Ngabila added that this booster vaccine is needed to provide protection and prevent potential severity, treatment or death from COVID-19 attacks.

"Even though the status is now endemic, we still need to take preventive steps. One of them is by getting a COVID-19 booster vaccine," she added.

According to her, the available paid booster is INDOVAC. It is produced by PT Biofarma as State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN).

"INDOVAC vaccine is halal certified and safe," she continued.

Ngabila admitted that government only gives free vaccine for health workers, elderly, and people with comorbid.
