The first quarter of prime area arrangement 2024 on Jalan Balai Rakyat, RT 01/03, Tugu Selatan Urban Village, Koja Sub-district, North Jakarta, is completed.

Tugu Selatan Urban Village Head, Sukarmin, said the area was an unkept and shabby security post. The arrangement is aimed to add aesthetics and tidiness to the area.

According to him, the arrangement involved 10 PPSU personnel assisted by residents and related apparatus.
"Arrangement is focused on planting decorated plants, constructing shelter, and up to managing water channel," he added.
His side will monitor the area after the arrangement. That is why he asks residents to also care and maintain the area.
Meanwhile, one of RT 04/03 residents, Tugu Selatan Urban Village, Widya Oktaviani (28), appreciated the Tugu Selatan Urban Village personnel for arranging the area.
"We are happy with the result. Hopefully it will add the aesthetic," she stated.
