Eid Holidays Security at Kampung Rambutan Terminal Run Optimal

The homecoming and returning flow security at Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Ciracas, East Jakarta, went optimal. Tight security system applied by joint personnel were able to decrease crime at the scene.

Jakarta Transportation Agency's Management Unit Head, Syamsul Mirwan, said good cooperation from joint personnel such as army, police, Satpol PP and other related units brought good result.

"We appreciate to all related units for supporting the security during Eid holidays," he said, Wednesday (4/17).

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Deployed 180 Personnel During Eid Holidays

Rambutan Terminal Head, Yulza Ramadhoni, stated 100 joint personnel of army, police, Satpol PP, Transportation Agency, and up to East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency were standby at the post provided at the terminal.

"The terminal was guarded by 100 joint personnel to give comfort for passengers," he stated.

Moreover, his side also deployed 20 legal porters to assist passengers loading their luggages.

"There was no legal tariff for our porters. It depended on the passengers," he stated.
