In this first batch, he added, his side started to use Training and Marketing Information System (SiLatipe) application to monitor the participants.

Companies can see the material taught by instructors and assignments uploaded by students into the system to ensure that students master the material provided.
He hopes that with this developed system, it will be easier for the business sector to find workers according to the required skills. So that when participants have finished taking part in the training, they can be recruited by companies.
"Companies can compare and assess the work results of participants in each profession. So, companies can monitor and convey their interest in recruiting certain students," he explained.
