Hendri explained, the water channel on Jalan Pantai Selatan is provided along 85 meters with width 25 cm and depth 35 cm.
"The channel is made using a six inch PVC pipe which leads to the East of the Love Bridge," he explained.
According to him, the reservoirs are also provided at six points connected with the water channel.
"It is hoped the water channel and reservoir are able to prevent inundation," he added.
Meanwhile, RW 02 Head, Tidung Island Urban Village, Wawan, appreciated and thanked the sub-agency for providing water channel and reservoir.
"Hopefully the water channel and reservoir are able to prevent inundation," he hoped.
