Jakarta Provincial Government through Transportation Agency gives special tariff for public transport users during Jakarta's 497th Anniversary. Users of public transport are able to ride Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT for only Rp 1 on June 22 and 23, 2024.

Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Syafrin Liputo, said this special tariff Rp 1 is valid for two days as a gift for public transport users.

"This is special gift for public transport users as celebration of Jakarta's 497th anniversary," he said, Saturday (6/8).

Syafrin added, the services of Mikrotrans, Transjakarta Cares, Free Service and other free services are remain Rp 0 or based on initial tariff as stated in Jakarta Governor Regulation No 133/2018 about Free Transjakarta Service and Free Bus for Resident.

"Rp 1 tariff is also urge residents to use public transport for their daily activity," Syafrin stated.
