Pesanggrahan Sub-district's Bina Marga Implementer Unit Head, Anton, said the sidewalk construction was based on local urban village's request.
"Sidewalk construction was run a week ago after we managed the water channel," he said, Tuesday (6/25).

He hopes that the construction of this sidewalk can create a safe, comfortable and sustainable environment for pedestrians and provide aesthetic improvements.
"Now the construction has been completed fully," he continued.
Meanwhile, Amin (43), one of local residents, appreciated the sidewalk construction.
"We say thank you because the environment has become cleaner, neater and more beautiful," he admitted.
