For the sake of improving education service and anticipate authority misuse, Education Sub-Department of North Jakarta Region I officially launched Report System and Public Information Service (SALIM).

The launching was done at Budha Tzu Chi School, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Thursday (4/23). If citizen found problem in North Jakarta region I they could report and giving the suggestion via short message service to 081283333678 or send an email to sudinpendidikanwillju.op15@gmail.com.

“Banners are installed in all schools, which contains the information about the program. Phone number is inserted to accommodate citizens’ report, suggest, or complaint,” said Head of North Jakarta Region I Education Sub-Department, Mustafa Kemal to beritajakarta.com, Sunday (4/26).

Kemal added that rank of North Jakarta Education Structure in region I can also give either information, or complaint through the system. Which aimed to reflects their performance.
