Jakpro Pursues ISO 55001:2014 on Asset Management Systems

Jakpro held the ISO 55001:2014 Certification Kick-Off activity regarding Asset Management Systems. It is one of the implementations of the management system roadmap at Jakpro and is an inseparable part of the transformation journey that Jakpro has held throughout 2023 until now.

PT Jakarta Propertindo Corporate Secretary Vice President, Melisa Sjach said the initiation of the implementation of ISO 55001:2014 certification on Asset Management Systems is part of the continuous improvement conducted by the company.
By doing so, Jakpro could utilize managed assets more optimally, thus increasing revenue and the company's existence.

She explained asset management with a standardized system would encourage the creation of accountability which would have an impact on the company's profitability.

He continued the dual function conducted by Jakpro, namely as Agent of Development and Agent of Commercial was realized through several assignment projects that had been completed and were currently being actively managed by the company. Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM), Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), Jakarta International Velodrome (JIV), and Jakarta LRT Phase 1A (LRTJ) public transportation, are several public facilities whose benefits have been felt by Jakarta residents.

Further, the Anti-Bribery Management System Certification - ISO 37001:2016 was obtained in 2020 as a form of continued effort to maintain professional, transparent, and accountable business practices that are implemented as a whole, both in strategic business units and project teams.
Also Building Information Modeling (BIM) Certification – ISO 19650:2018 which was successful in early 2023 as the first project owner in ASEAN. This certification was achieved as a form of commitment and proof of the company consistently implementing BIM in construction projects and asset management, as well as consolidating the procedures, functions, and methods for implementing centralized information management using BIM.
The company's latest achievement as an effort to continuously improve is obtaining Environmental Management System Certification - ISO 14001:2015. This certification is an international best practice, which integrates the environment into an organization's business processes by considering the risks and opportunities of the organization's activities, products, and services.
This certification is regularly monitored for its implementation in every line of business and assets managed by the company so that every practice is oriented towards environmental insight and sustainable concepts so that the company's business continues to run.
