Such working group meeting was attended by the ranks of Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda), Army and Police, as well as Secretary of Coordinating Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Minister Lt. Gen. Langgeng Sulistyono. "I hope in 2016, Jakarta could be order, safe, convenient, clean, neat, and humane city," he hoped.

Former Regent of East Belitung expressed, Jakarta needs order that closely related to the discipline. "Talk about discipline, it's inevitably related to army and police. We should learn from army about toilet cleanliness. Toilet in the Army's Special Forces Headquarter is clean and perfumed, it is inversely proportional to toilet in government office," he expressed.

Ahok also wants things related to 5 orders Jakarta could be applied thus Jakarta could be better. "For example residential order. What we face in Jakarta is thuggery. There are thugs selling flat units, RT/RW caretakers. We should completely solve this problem," he explained.

While, he continued, talk about waste in the city is a punishment. "Jakartans must be say there is no legal basis about littering, We (government) could be sued. I want the raid against littering intensified waster. It's mayor's duty," he disclosed.

To realize street vendors order, he instructed Head of Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (KUMKMP) Department not to hold demolishment if the replacement location is unavailable yet. Because, street vendors is the economy sustaining for the mid-lower class people in Jakarta, so it cannot be defunct.

Populist economics is important. Although the bylaw prohibits traders to sell on sidewalk. If the replacement location is still unavailable, the demolishment will not be done," asserted husband of Veronica Tan.

He also asked Jakarta Communications and Transportation Department to decisively realize traffic order. "The department should act decisively against public minivan (angkot) that always stopping to wait for passengers haphazardly. Give the strict sanction for those unruly drivers," he finished.
