Sterilization in South Jakarta Targets 200 Cats

As many as 200 cats are targeted to get free sterilization held by South Jakarta Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency at local mayor office.

We also hold free rabies vaccination for pets

South Jakarta Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency Head, Hasudungan A Sidabalok, today cat sterilization is focused for Cilandak and Kebayoran Baru Sub-district.

135 Cats Vaccinated and Sterilized on Panggang Island

"If the number of cat exceeds the target, we still serve it," he said, Wednesday (9/18).

He added that program also held a talk show by inviting Abid Mursyid as Vet Development Manager from MARS Pet Nutritions.

"We also hold free rabies vaccination for pets," he added.

Up to today, his side has sterilized 1,000 local cats. Thanks to cooperation with Jakarta PDHI, Pet Love Center, New Boss Bulu Community, New Boss Bulu Community Merch, Whiskas, Kaniva, Happy Tummy, Aatas Cat, Kitchen Flavor, and The Goods Paw.

"Then we'll hold sterilization for cats in Mampang Prapatan, Pancoran, Kebayoran Lama, and Pesanggrahan Sub-district," he continued.

Meanwhile, one of cat owners living in Gunung Urban Village, Hajeng (29), appreciated the sub-agency effort by providing free cat sterilization.

"We also get gift for bringing our cat here," she admitted.
