Mass Communal Work Held at Two RWs in Cengkareng Timur

Hundreds resident of RW 09 and 12 of Cengkareng Timur Urban Village, Cengkareng Sub-district, West Jakarta conducted communal work to clean their environment.
Now the environment looks cleaner
Cengkareng Timur Urban Village Head, Boy Raya Purba, said the communal work is routinely held in every RW on Sunday in turns.
Joint Personnel Conduct Communal Work at Ki Amat Field in Kembangan"Today's communal work was held at 10 RTs at RW 09 and 15 RTs at RW 12. The activity was participated by 500 residents," he said, Sunday (9/22).
He added that 35 PPSU personnel were deployed, as well as pick-up truck, motorcycle-cart, and dump truck of Environment Sub-agency.
"The communal work was focused on cleaning up trash in the water channel to let the water flows smoothly. Participants also pruned tree branches," he added.
Meanwhile, RT 09/12 Head, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village Head, Hotman Saragih, admitted the communal work was participated by 50 local residents.
"We cleaned up water channel and pruned tree branches. Now the environment looks cleaner, tidier, more beautiful and healthier," he admitted.
