PD Pasar Jaya Retail Wholesale Division Head, Mahfudin said the plan to build Jakgrosir on Pramuka Island aims to facilitate and facilitate residents to buy various necessities at affordable prices, especially for residents in North Seribu Islands Sub-district.
"Jakgrosir is currently only on Tidung Kecil Island, South Seribu Islands Sub-district. We will add another Jakgrosir on Pramuka Island," he expressed, Wednesday (9/25).

Then on the former Fish Auction Place (TPI) land, on the west side of Pramuka Island, which is adjacent to Seribu Islands KPKP Sub-agency Office with a land area of ​​approximately 380 square meters.
"We want to realize the construction of Jakgrosir on Pramuka Island soon. So, next year, this cheap food shopping center can meet the food needs of the North Seribu Islands residents," he explained.
Seribu Islands Economic and Development Administration Assistant, Iwan Samosir added the Jakgrosir development is a Regional Strategic Activity (KSD) of the Jakarta Provincial Government in the context of the food security program.
"We fully support its development. Moreover, Jakgrosir will greatly help meet the needs and welfare of the community, especially those living in North Seribu Islands," he added.
Another support also came from Seribu Islands Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency Head, Nurliati.
"This program is purely for the community, if possible the location is close to the community. So, food security on the island is maintained at an affordable price," he stated.
