Eight shady trees on Jalan Pusdiklat Depnaker, Pinang Ranti Urban Village and Jalan Raya Komodor Halim Perdanakusuma, Makasar, East Jakarta were pruned, Monday (9/30).

Makasar Sub-district's City Park and Forestry Implementer Unit head, Toto Yulianto, said the pruning was run to anticipate fallen tree during rainy season since the trees were too shady.

Those eight trees were five Mahoney trees on Jalan Pusdiklat Depnaker, precisely in front of Koopsau Headquarter. Then two Mahoney trees on Jalan Raya Komodor, Halim Perdana Kusuma and one Mango tree on Jalan Raya Komodor Kebon Pala Urban Village.
"The pruning was run manually by eight personnel," he stated.
