Eight personnel of Matraman Sub-district's Water Resource Taskforce, Friday (10/4), repair the water channel on Jalan Pisangan Baru Tengah RT 8/11 Pisangan Baru Urban Village.

Personnel repair channel along 40 meter

Matraman Sub-district's Water Resource Taskforce Head, Saeful, said the work has been running since week ago and is targeted to complete today. The work includes patching holes in the retaining wall, installing water channel cover stands and installing concrete slabs for water channel covers.

"It is also to respond resident's request through musrenbang. Personnel repair channel along 40 meter," he said.

Sumiati (49), one of local residents, thanked and appreciated the Matraman Sub-district's Water Resource for improving the water channel.

"Hopefully the channel will be free from garbage after being improved and completed with cover," she hoped.
