Water Channel Repair on Jalan Ikan Moris Panggang Island Completed

The Blue Taskforce personnel of Seribu Island Water Resource Sub-agency has completed the water channel improvement on Jalan Ikan Moris, RT 04/01, Panggang Island Urban Village, Seribu Utara Island Sub-district.
We deployed 10 personnel every day since October 1
Seribu Island Water Resource Sub-agency Head, Mustajab, said the water channel improvement is based on resident request since the are was often inundated during heavy rain.

Mustajab admitted the channel improvement was run along nine meter with 40 cm of width and 50 cm of height.
"We deployed 10 personnel every day since October 1," he added.
He hoped local residents will also maintain the channel cleanliness by not throwing waste into it.
One of RW 01 residents, Panggang Island Urban Village, Hakim (34), appreciated the channel improvement.
"Hopefully the channel will be able to flow water smoothly and prevent inundation in the area," he hoped.
