The Jakarta women's volleyball team again recorded a victory in the Pra Popnas 2024 zone 2 qualification, by defeating a team from Bengkulu, Thursday (11/14) at UTP Sport Center, Solo, Central Java.

Jakarta Pra Popnas 2024 Women's Volleyball Team Head Coach, Muhammad Amsory explained that in this match, his team performed more joyfully and consistently, different from when they played against the South Sumatra team previously.

"In terms of individual and team quality, it is also better. The graph has increased from the match against South Sumatra," he expressed.

Jakarta Men's and Women's Basketball Teams Win First Victory

He continued that in the first set, his team faced fierce resistance before closing the match with a score of 25-21. Then in the second set, they began to find their best form, so they ended the Bengkulu team's resistance with a score of 25-7.

Afterward, they continued to perform optimally in the third set, ending with Jakarta's victory with a score of 25-7. In general, he felt quite satisfied with the performance of his players.

He hoped that they could maintain their performance when facing opponents in the remaining two matches. As planned, the remaining matches would face teams from Lampung and West Java.

"The match will likely be held on Saturday and Sunday. But we are still waiting for the exact schedule," he stated.
