Jakarta BPBD Responds Quickly to Fire Survivors on Jalan Asofa 1

The Jakarta Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) quickly distributes logistical aid for fire survivors on Jalan Asofa 1, RT 01/01, North Sukabumi Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district.

Hopefully, it can lighten their burden

West Jakarta BPBD Task Force Head, Vitus Dwi Indarto said the distributed assistance consisted of 20 boxes of mineral water, 100 blankets, 50 family kids packages, 100 mattresses, 55 tarpaulins, 50 sarongs, 50 mukena (head-to-toe cloaks), 200 packaged rice meals, 50 kids ware, and 50 clothing packages.

"Assistance is provided to help fire survivors meet their needs," he expressed, Monday (11/18).

Fire Breaks Out on Jalan Asofa 1, 24 Houses and 11 Rented Houses Burned

Sukabumi Utara Urban Village Secretary, Andri Maulana explained aid was immediately distributed to fire survivors who are currently occupying the Arrofi Mosque and Hanoman Field on Jalan Berdikari.

"Hopefully, it can lighten their burden," he hoped.

As for the information, the fire that occurred on Sunday (11/17) at 6.45 PM burned down 24 private homes and 11 rented houses. It caused 45 heads of families with 146 people lost their homes.
