West Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency planted 4,700 decorated plants on Jalan Meruya Ilir Raya's green belt, Srengseng Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district.

Kembangan Sub-district's City Park and Forestry Implementer Unit Head, Agustinus Asa, said the planting of various decorated plants is part of his side collaboration to arrange the area which is initiated by Srengseng Urban Village. The arrangement is run along 100 meter with three to 14 meter of width.
"We prepare 4,700 decorated plants to be planted there," he said, Thursday (11/21).
Land Arrangement on Jalan Raya Centex Reaches 50 PercentAgustinus added the 4,700 decorated plants are 1,000 variegated hibiscus ornamental plants, 900 yellow philo trees, 1,000 yellow bone-breaking plants, 1,000 variegated bone-breaking plants, 300 purple zabrina and 500 eel suji plants.
Srengseng Urban Village Head, Adith Pratama stated the arrangement involves City park and Forestry Sub-agency, Bina Marga Sub-agency, and KPKP Sub-agency of West Jakarta.
"The arrangement includes planting ornamental plants, repairing road paving blocks, draining water absorption holes, repairing curbs and so on," he stated.
Dadang (52), resident of RT 02/05, Srengseng Urban Village, appreciated the arrangement on green belt of Jalan Meruya Ilir Raya.
"Hopefully the area becomes greener, tidier, and cleaner," he hoped.
