RPTRA Should Be Built in Densely Populated Areas

North Jakarta is going to add new 10 Child-Friendly Public Spaces (RPTRA) in the near future. Those will be built in some densely populated areas.

RPTRA should also be built on the land as wide as more than 500 square meters

Head of North Jakarta City Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department, Agustin Puji Astuti stated one of the requirements for RPTRA construction is should be placed in densely populated areas. As it could eventually be a citizen interaction site and other social activities. 

"RPTRA should also be built on the land as wide as more than 500 square meters," she said, Thursday (5/21). 

Tomorrow, RPTRA Gandaria Selatan will Be Inaugurated

She mentioned, the other requirements are RPTRA must not use green lanes and parks that have been existed in residential environment and also not be built under toll road.

"Those RPTRAs are for everyone, not only for kids," she closed.
