Kramat Jati Sub-district Community Health Center intensifies the tuberculosis (TB) patient tracking in order to minimize tuberculosis spread in the area.

Kramat Jati Sub-district Community Health Center Head, Inda Mutiara, said the tracking is aimed to make sure whether people close to the patient, family and the surrounding environment are infected.

Inda continued that her party also routinely conducts screening or health checks on residential during Posyandu or other programs. It also includes people who visit community health center for a treatment.
"There are 30 TB patients every day come to community health center," she added.
Kramat Jati Community Health Center has three doctors, one nurse and one pharmacist who specialize in treating TB patients. Then one team of health workers is also prepared in seven urban village community health centers.
"Teams have participated the TB handling special training," she stated.
