Teguh also appreciated female civil servants of Jakarta Provincial Government for having a strategic and important role in government, development and society.

"Of the approximately 63,800 civil servants of the Jakarta Provincial Government, 36,700 of them are women or approximately 56.2 percent. Two of the four Assistant Regional Secretary positions and approximately 30 percent of echelon II are led by women, such as the Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency, Head of the Health Agency, Head of the Social Agency, Head of BPSDM, Head of the PPKUKM Agency and the hospital director.
