PAM Jaya Launches Air Sehat Card Program

Perumda PAM Jaya launches Air Sehat Card program as commitment to realize fair water tariff especially for household customers in categories 2A1 (very simple household) and 2A2 (simple household).

The program is effectively implemented in January 2025 for one year with periodic evaluation. Special tariff and several other benefits are given for eligible customers.

Aside from getting affordable tariff, card holders will also get priority service if there is a water supply disruption. The service namely free water delivery by PAM Jaya tanker truck to ensure that water needs are met.

Customers of 2A1 and 2A2 who face water supply disruptions during a certain period are able to report their condition through the PAM JAYA Contact Center (1500-223). After being verified, compensation will be given on the following month's bill. The program can be used maximally once per month.

Senior Manager Corporate Communication & Office Director PAM JAYA, Gatra Vaganza said that the program is continuing company's commitment to ensure that drinking water services are affordable and accessible for all society levels.

He added that PAM Jaya hopes to help improving community life quality by providing special water tariff assistance and various additional benefits such as priority service and compensation.

"Customers of 2A1 and 2A2 may not register anything to get the card. Program is also run for customers who have not received the card yet," he said, Saturday (1/4).

Gatra explained that PAM Jaya remains committed to continue innovating and providing the best service for all customers. PAM Jaya is also serious about even drinking water coverage in Jakarta by continuing the free new connection program for customers in categories 2A1 and 2A2 this year.

"Hopefully the program will bring positive impact for Jakarta residents' welfare. PAM Jaya also hopes continuing its support for community welfare by providing quality, affordable and equitable drinking water services," he explained.

Promotional tariff given are as follows;

1) Customer 2A1: Flat tariff Rp 1,000 per m3 for all monthly water usage

2) Customer 2A2: Flat tariff Rp 3,550 per m3 for water usage up to the first 20 m3 per month
