The event promises a show of an advanced technology as well as environmentally friendly innovation with the presence of the latest racing car, Gen 3 Evo. The car acceleration is faster than a Formula 1 car.

The Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) Chairman, Bambang Soesatyo said Jakarta's reputation as a reliable host has been strengthened through the success of Jakarta E-Prix in 2022 and 2023. The previous success brings energy to provide higher level of 2025 Jakarta E-Prix.

"We are optimistic that this year's event will be better, more interesting, and bring pride for Jakarta as a global city," he said, Saturday (1/18).

Meanwhile, 2025 Jakarta E-Prix Project Director, Deni Rifky Purwana stated this event is more than a race.

"Jakpro commits to strengthen Jakarta's position as a global city and supporting the sustainability campaign," he stated.

Deni explained that the 2025 Jakarta E-Prix proves that technology and sustainability can go in tandem. The electric cars used in the race are not only rely on technological innovation, but also solution in reducing dependence on fossil fuel.

"Indonesia has a great opportunity in leading the transformation heading to renewable energy through the electric vehicle technology used in the Jakarta E-Prix," he explained.

According to him, the 2025 Jakarta E-Prix is a stage for Jakarta to affirm its position in the world.

"The event shows Jakarta's commitment in cleaner, smarter and sustainability future," he stated.

As for information, the 2025 Jakarta E-Prix will be the stage for the Gen 3 Evo race car launching. It is designed to deliver incredible performance. Gen 3 Evo, with a 0-60 mph acceleration time in just 1.82 second, represents the future of sustainable mobility.

The all-wheel-drive (AWD) innovation also makes the car more stable and powerful. It brings the need for a more competitive racing experience.
