"Jakarta can be a home for various ethnicities, religions, beliefs and cultures. Cap Go Meh Festival implementation is a real manifestation of cultural acculturation that can create harmony and unity, as well as togetherness in diversity," he added.
Lontong Cap Go Meh culinary as one of the inherent acculturation of Chinese and Indonesia culture reflects the beautiful blend of Chinese culture with the richness of Indonesian cuisine.
"Lontong Cap Go Meh is able to hold meaning and hope for good luck, long life, prosperity and wealth," he continued.
Teguh believes that Jakarta Provincial Government will maintain the synergy to develop and grow tourism cultural potential such as Cap Go Meh Festival.
