Potholes on Three Roads of Kelapa Gading Repaired

Kelapa Gading District's Bina Marga Implementer Unit Taskforce, North Jakarta completed potholes and wavy roads repair.

Kelapa Gading District's Bina Marga Implementer Unit Head, Ismail Daru said there 16 damaged areas on three different roads.
"The repair was run based on residents report and personnel's monitoring. Coldmix and hotmix methods were applied according to road condition," he said, Friday (4/18).
Road Repair on Jalan Lodan Raya CompletedHe added that total area of potholes that had been repaired reached 228.5 square meters. There were seven points on the south side of Jalan Boulevard Raya by total 215.5 square meters.
Then three points on Jalan Boulevard Bukit Gading Raya by total 3.8 square meters and six points on Jalan Kirana Avenue by total 9.2 square meters.
"We deployed seven taskforce personnel completed with equipment," he added.
According to him, the damaged roads were caused by rainfall and vehicles mobility.
"Hopefully the repair will make road users safer and more comfortable. Personnel will remain monitor other damaged roads," he continued.
Meanwhile, one of a restaurant staffs in Kelapa Gading, Alfandi (26), admitted he always passes Jalan Boulevard Raya to go home after work. Now he feels safer to pass the road at night.
"I appreciate the Kelapa Gading District's Bina Marga Yellow Taskforce for responding the problem quickly. Now we are safer to pass the road," he admitted.
