She assessed that the event must prioritize Jakarta residents as beneficiaries by involving Regional-Owned Enterprises.

"This job fair program is not only about bringing together job seekers and job providers, but also becomes a space for education and training for prospective workers so that they are able to compete in an increasingly competitive job market," Alia said, Thursday (5/15).

Alia explained that the implementation of job fairs must include education about the world of work that is varied and classified according to age range, skills, interests, and work experience, regardless of academic level.

Not only focusing on employment, Alia also encouraged Jakarta Provincial Government to be more serious in paying attention to other basic service sectors such as optimizing public and social facilities.

She also highlighted the importance of providing lactation rooms that are mother and child friendly, so that public and social facilities become inclusive facilities for all elements of the community.
