Komisi B Dorong Peningkatan Kapasitas Terminal Kampung Melayu

Commission B Encourages Enhancement of Kampung Melayu Terminal Capacity

Jakarta City Council Commission B prompts the Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) to increase the capacity of the Kampung Melayu Terminal in Jatinegara, East Jakarta.

Its capacity needs to be improved further

According to him, the Dishub needs to revitalize and expand the terminal's capacity to accommodate more vehicles.

"This term has become one of our concerns. The terminal has been around for decades and now there are only a few buses, like Transjakarta, etc," he explained.

He added that some terminals in Jakarta already have good quality, but Kampung Melayu Terminal still has potential that is deemed in need of development.

"Its capacity needs to be improved further. Some terminals are already good now, but this terminal (Kampung Melayu) needs to be fixed," he stated.
