Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung pointed out the importance of PKK's role in advancing family and community welfare.

"Serves as a driving force to improve life in Jakarta,"

This was conveyed during the inauguration ceremony of the Chairpersons of TP PKK for South Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Thousand Islands at Balai Agu ng, Jakarta City Hall, on Tuesday (6/3).

"PKK serves as a driving force to improve life in Jakarta, making it better, easier, more transparent, and more joyful for everyone," he said.

Pramono also reminded PKK team to work harmoniously and respect each other. He hopes PKK will help improve the lives of the community.

The Jakarta Provincial Government, he added, ensures its presence to help solve various problems faced by the community.

"Hopefully, in the future tasks, unresolved issues will be dressed together with all of you, especially regarding the bureaucracy of the Jakarta Government," he expressed.

One of the Jakarta Provincial Government's efforts to help address community issues is through the diploma exemption assistance program, as well as distribution of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP), Jakarta Excellence Student Card (KJMU), and other initiatives. 

Meanwhile, PKK, according to Pramono, can play a role in improving the quality of children's education and addressing stunting.

"I truly hope that PKK will also participate alongside the Jakarta Government in improving people's lives," he added.

Jakarta TP PKK Chairperson, Hani Pramono, extended congratulations to the newly appointed TP PKK Chairpersons. She hopes this mandate will serve as motivations and strengthening the role of PKK in empowering families and communities with dedication and care.

She emphasized that the role of TP PKK Chairperson at city and regency levels is very strategic in driving family-based community empowerment programs.

Therefore, good synergy and communication between city/regency levels with sub-districts and urban villages are key to building resilient and empowered communities. She also highlighted the crucial role of Dasa Wisma as the spearhead of empowerment at the RT and RW levels.

"I urge TP PKK Chairpersons at city and regency levels to pass on this spirit to all TP PKK cadres at sub-districts, urban villages, so that program implementation can be effective and well-targeted," she explained.

She reminded everyone that this mandate is not merely an administrative responsibility, but a moral obligation to drive change within the community. For this reason, she hopes the newly appointed TP PKK Chairpersons will carry out their duties with integrity, professionalism, and a strong spirit of service.

"Going forward, we must continue to uphold and strengthen solid collaboration and the spirit of mutual cooperation," she concluded.
