Based on this commitment, Transjakarta successfully received the prestigious Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Awards 2025 held at Hotel Sultan, South Jakarta, Wednesday (6/26) evening.
In the award with the theme 'Building Indonesia’s Business Future Through Excellence in Governance,' Transjakarta brought home a trophy for the Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Ethics in Driving Business Productivity through Accountable Public Service Management in Transportation category. The award was received directly by Transjakarta President Director, Welfizon Yuza.

She mentioned that in the implementation of good corporate governance, it is generally evident through the commitment to conduct actions based on high moral values and compliance with laws and regulations, along with professional management of the company.
She explained, Transjakarta was also proud of the good corporate governance assessment. Transjakarta was committed to maintaining and continuously ensuring transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulations in its business processes.
"Hope this can improve business success and accountability, as well as the company's value through increased performance and future company objectives," she expressed, Friday (6/28).
For this excellent performance, Transjakarta achieved the 'Very Good' rating with a score of 88.194 from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Jakarta in 2024.
She added that until now, Transjakarta has advanced the company's progress through sustainable steps based on business strategy pillars, including Service, Strategic Partnership, and Sustainability (3S).
