Acting Head of South Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency, Siti Halimah said the training that involved 60 participants from 10 districts was the second event of this year.
"The participants were invited to enjoy the cooking demo of Betawi culinary specialties like talam cake and soto Betawi," she said, Thursday (7/17).
In this training, her team partnered with Hakiki Donarta, Zayco, DMM Indonesia, Mitra Pilar Utama, Indah Utama Coffee Store, Dunia Kopi Pasar Shanta, and Titan Baking. This collaboration serves as a concrete example of how synergy between the government, business, and the community can create new, innovative, and productive opportunities.
"I hope that the participants of this training can develop independent businesses in the culinary sector that are more competitive, based on local wealth and oriented towards sustainability," she hoped.
One of the participants, Hani Eviyani admitted happy to participate the training.
