Transjakarta is collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize the role of on-site personnel and deliver the best service to all passengers.
Transjakarta personnel are also on standby from 6 AM to 10 PM at seven traffic points, including Fatmawati traffic light (Pasar Rebo direction), Selapa turn (Pondok Pinang direction), Pondok Pinang traffic light, Simpang Ragunan (Pasar Rebo and Lebak Bulus directions), Cilandak KKO traffic light (Lebak Bulus direction), and Cilandak traffic light (Pasar Rebo direction).
Currently, 17 Transjakarta routes operate along Jalan TB Simatupang, including BRT Corridor 8 (Lebak Bulus-Pasar Baru) and several non-BRT routes such as D21 (UI–Lebak Bulus), D41 (Sawangan–Lebak Bulus via Desari toll road), Corridor 7A (Kampung Rambutan-Lebak Bulus), 7E (Kampung Rambutan-Ragunan), S21 (Ciputat-CSW), S22 (Ciputat-Kampung Rambutan), 6H (Senen-Lebak Bulus), and 1E (Pondok Labu-Blok M).
Royaltrans services include S21 (BSD–Fatmawati), S14 (Summarecon Serpong–Lebak Bulus), and S31 (Bintaro–Fatmawati). For Mikrotrans, there are JAK102 (Blok M–Lebak Bulus), JAK49 (Lebak Bulus–Cipulir), JAK95 (Lebak Bulus–Pasar Minggu), JAK93 (Jeruk Purut–Kebayoran Lama), and JAK31 (Blok M–Andara).
