Aside that, portable handwashing sinks are added, along with tree trimming and tidying up the existing ornamental plants.
"This work involves six personnel assisted by six caretakers. It has been underway since August 26, 2025, and will be completed on August 28, 2025," she explained.
On regular days, he added, the number of park visitors reaches 200-250 people and over 300 on weekends.
"Besides the locals, school students and students from Unindra and Binawan campuses also often use this park," he added.
One of the visitors, Susan (23), said she enjoys activities there because the place is lush, has books to read, and allows her to exercise.
"Very happy to be here because the place is cool and comfortable," he said.
