The implementation of the Jakarta BERJAGA 2.0 activity which was synergized with the Remaja Fest: Star Generation Festival at the Plaza Tenggara GBK, according to Rano, is proof that Jakarta is not just a big, bustling city, but also cares about the health of its residents, especially the younger generation.

"The Jakarta BERJAGA program is an evidence that everyone, from young people to civil servants, is ready to build a culture of healthy, active, and productive living. Today's massive participation demonstrates that a healthy lifestyle is no longer just talk, but a reality in society," he added.

Rano explained that this year, 5,954 people are registered to Jakarta BERJAGA, with 3,754 actively participating. Hundreds of participants also successfully completed their daily step targets.

Rano also welcomed the launch of the Jakarta Smart Teen Action for Resilience (JakSTAR) program. This digital innovation, utilizing gamification and youth communities, aims to foster healthy and resilient growth in Jakarta's youth, enabling them to become Indonesia's golden generation.

"Participants are challenged to walk at least 7,500 steps per day, exercise 150 minutes per week, eat a balanced diet, and have regular health check-ups at the community health center. The goal is to instill healthy habits to prevent degenerative diseases," Rano explained.

Meanwhile, Head of Jakarta Health Agency, Ani Ruspitawati, stated the Jakarta BERJAGA movement is a campaign to encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle with a challenge of 7,500 steps a day for three weeks.

"It is hoped that this movement will become a lifestyle for residents," she stated.

She added that her side awarded 300 participants who received three stars, earning the title of "health champion," and the top 100 participants who earned the title of "JakSTAR champion."

"And collaborating with the third activity, namely Remaja Fest 2025, which was participated by 3,000 teenagers as part of the Young Heart program which has been running for five years in Jakarta," she explained.
