The Jakarta government is accelerating the construction of the Jakarta Fauna Center located in Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. The current progress has reached 60 percent.

Jakarta Fauna Center is built on an empty land measuring 7,500 square meters owned by the Jakarta Agency of Parks and Urban Forest. Of the total area, approximately 2,000 square meters will be allocated for relocating vendors from the Temporary Location (Loksem) JS 25, JS 26, and JS 30.

The facilities built include permanent kiosks, parking areas, educational spaces, and other supporting amenities that promote a hygienic, environmentally friendly, and comfortable business ecosystem.
"This not only functions as a market but also as a hygienic and family-friendly public space. Hopefully, this facility can provide maximum benefits for traders and the community because it is easily accessible," she explained.
He is optimistic that this will become a new attraction capable of bringing in more customers than in Barito. This relocation as a form of transformation, not just a mere relocation.
"With a modern, hygienic, and educational concept, Sentra Fauna Jakarta in Lenteng Agung will attract visitors from various backgrounds, not only animal lovers but also families seeking recreational and educational places," he continued.
