Jakarta Fauna Center in Lenteng Agung Will Soon Be Operating

The Jakarta government is accelerating the construction of the Jakarta Fauna Center located in Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. The current progress has reached 60 percent.

This is targeted to be completed by the end of September 2025

Jakarta Fauna Center is built on an empty land measuring 7,500 square meters owned by the Jakarta Agency of Parks and Urban Forest. Of the total area, approximately 2,000 square meters will be allocated for relocating vendors from the Temporary Location (Loksem) JS 25, JS 26, and JS 30.

Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Agency (PPKUKM) Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo, considers the location strategic as it is close to Lenteng Agung Station and the toll road. Additionally, there are various public transportation routes available.
