Personnel of East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency extinguished fire that burned home coffee factory on Jalan Bunga, RT 08/09, Palmeriam Urban Village, Matraman District.

Sub-agency's Head Section of Operation, Abdul Wahid, said the incident was reported at 12:54 PM. The fire started in the coffee roasting stove which gave off flames and burned the exhaust chimney.
"The fire quickly grew until early fire handling efforts by employees and local residents were unsuccessful," he said, Monday (10/6).

"The extinguishing process started at 12:59 PM and completed at 1:53 PM. There were no fatalities or injuries in this fire incident," he added.
Meanwhile, Wahyudi (45), a local resident, appreciated and thanked the quick handling run by the personnel.
"Luckily, personnel immediately arrived at the location and quickly extinguished the fire so that it did not spread to other buildings in this densely populated residential area," he admitted.
