Tangled Overhead Cables on Jalan Kapuk Raya Completely Organized

The North Jakarta Public Works Sub-agency completed organizing the tangled overhead cables on Jalan Kapuk Raya, RW 03, Kapuk Muara Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district.

These cables belong to 10 internet providers

North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Acting Head, Hananto Krisnawardono said, the cable is precisely located in the Kapuk Pasar Darurat Bridge area and serves as the border between North Jakarta and West Jakarta.

"Let's organize the cables, approximately 130 meters long. These cables belong to 10 internet providers," he expressed, Tuesday (10/7).

He explained, the work involves 15 people from the North Jakarta Public Works Sub-agency and the Infrastructure and Urban Utility Facilities Sector (PSUK).

"One unit of ladder truck was also deployed to facilitate the work of organizing the overhead cables," he explained.

He added, the work is scheduled from October 5 to 6, 2025. This will undoubtedly beautify the area, as well as create safety and comfort for passing residents.

"Hence, residents and providers are expected to work together to maintain the cleanliness of the environment," he asserted.

This work received appreciation from one of the taxi online drivers, Nuril Huda (27).

"Very good, now it is organized, neat, and beautiful. We certainly feel safer and more comfortable," he stated.
