Regarding the development of healthcare facilities in Jakarta, Pramono said the Jakarta Provincial Government is currently working on improving the quality and services of regional hospitals.
"We're making improvements, including completing projects that were previously unfinished. I will push for their completion, and we also plan to build a type-A hospital in Jakarta," he added.
Meanwhile, Cengkareng Hospital Director, Lysbeth Regina Pandjaitan, explained that the Patient Experience Officer (PEO) was introduced to assist patients during registration or when mobility support, such as wheelchairs, is needed.
"We have Patient Experience Officer, or PEO. I came up with the idea after seeing people confused about registering and wheelchair users without assistance. That led us to introduce this service," she explained.
These officers are trained hospital staff equipped to provide the best possible assistance to patients. Nevertheless, she stressed that every patient is a priority at Cengkareng Hospital.
