SMA 72 Jakarta Explosion Victims Receive Medical Treatment

All victims of the explosion at State Senior High School 72 Jakarta continued to receive medical treatment from the Health Agency until Saturday (11/8).

According to data from the Jakarta Health Agency, as of Friday (11/7) evening, of the total 93 victims, 28 patients had undergone inpatient treatment, while 65 other patients had undergone outpatient treatment or had been allowed to go home.

Head of Jakarta Health Agency, Ani Ruspitawati said Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital (RSI) is the health facility that has treated the most victims, namely 39 patients, with details of 13 patients being hospitalized and 26 patients having been allowed to go home.

Then Yarsi Hospital treated 15 patients, 14 of whom were hospitalized. Pertamina Hospital treated seven patients, while the remaining 32 patients were treated at several community health centers.

"Outpatient means the patient comes to the hospital but is allowed to go home immediately. Inpatient means still undergoing treatment at the hospital," she said, Saturday (11/8).

She added that according to data from this morning until 8 AM, the number of patients still being treated has decreased significantly to 34 people.

In details, 28 patients are still being treated as inpatients and six other patients are undergoing outpatient treatment or have gone home.

At RSI Cempaka Putih, there are still 19 patients under treatment, with 13 hospitalized and 6 discharged. Meanwhile, Yarsi Hospital is treating 14 inpatients, and Pertamina Hospital is still treating one inpatient.

Meanwhile, based on data from the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), all patients have been treated or referred to hospitals.

"All treatment costs are fully covered by the Jakarta Provincial Government," Ani emphasized.
