Eighty-eight representatives from provinces across Indonesia expressed their interest in the digital service innovations developed by the Jakarta Provincial Government.

"We want to develop IT-based regional mapping similar to what Jakarta has developed,"

Their enthusiasm was shown during a visit to the Jakarta Smart City Management Unit (UP) and Future Hub City, both under the Jakarta Communication, Informatics, and Statistics (Kominfotik) Agency, as well as the Jakartasatu service developed by the Public Works, Spatial Planning, and Land (CKTRP) Agency.

"We see many service innovations continuously developed by the Jakarta Provincial Government; this is very exciting," he said on Monday (12/8).

He emphasized that Central Papua Province intends to collaborate with the Jakarta Provincial Government to implement these innovations locally.

"We want to develop IT-based regional mapping similar to what Jakarta has developed, but we face limitations in human resources," he mentioned.

Nurut Khotimah, Head of Communication and Marketing Services at UP JSC, explained that Future City Hub serves as a platform where collaborators can come together to generate ideas and concepts to improve Jakarta in the future.

"Future City Hub was born from the Jakarta-Berlin cooperation funded by the European Union," she informed.

She admitted that most of the regional representatives visiting JSC and Future Hub City were very interested in adopting the innovative services developed by the team.

"Some regional representatives have even expressed their desire to establish cooperation with us," she shared.
