Progres pembangunan LRT Jakarta Fase 1B telah mencapai 89,22 persen

Jakarta LRT Phase 1B Progress Remains on Schedule

As of the end of December 2025, construction progress of the Jakarta LRT Phase 1B has reached 89.22 percent. Several main structures along Jalan Pemuda, Jalan Pramuka, Jalan Tambak, and Jalan Sultan Agung have been successfully connected.

"Jakpro is committed to ensuring that every stage of the construction is executed according to plan,"

Track work has reached 4.7 kilometers out of a total of 12.8 kilometers. Meanwhile, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work is underway at Pramuka BPKP Station, Pasar Pramuka Station, Matraman Station, and Manggarai Station.

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), or Jakpro, targets progress to reach a deviation of 92 percent by the first quarter of 2026, as part of the lead-up to the final completion target in August 2026.

LRT Jakarta Track Over Major Toll Road Now Linked

"This progress aligns with the readiness of systems, infrastructure, and integration with other public transportation services," said Dian Takdir Badrsyah, Director of Engineering and Business Development at Jakpro, Wednesday (1/14).

He noted one of the major milestones was the successful connection of the elevated railway track over the Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road on January 9, 2026.

Dian explained that the 120-meter-long girder span was a critical section with complex challenges, as it crossed an active toll road without a full road closure. The construction used a balanced cantilever method, ensuring structural precision with minimal traffic disruption.

"This milestone marks the connection of the Jakarta LRT elevated line from Kelapa Gading to Jalan Pramuka, linking North Jakarta, East Jakarta, and Central Jakarta," he mentioned.

Dian emphasized Jakpro's commitment to ensuring the project is completed on time, safely, and with high quality. He views Phase 1B as a key project that will greatly enhance public transportation and boost Jakarta's competitiveness.

"Jakpro is committed to ensuring that every stage of the construction is executed according to plan, including technical, safety, and operational readiness aspects," he stated.

Collectively, the operation of Jakarta LRT Phases 1A and 1B is expected to serve up to 18 million passengers by 2028 and contribute to reducing urban carbon emissions through the use of electric-based public transportation.

Through these ongoing efforts, BPBUMD and Jakpro reaffirm their joint commitment to overseeing the progress and operational readiness of Jakarta LRT Phase 1B according to target—establishing a strong foundation for a reliable, integrated, and globally competitive public transport system for Jakarta.
