Sentra Jaya Tower Sealed

Jakarta City Spatial Planning Department has sealed Sentra Jaya Center Office Tower in Blok M, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The effort was done as the construction is not accordance with Building Permit (IMB).

We sealed it because it isn’t accordance with building permit, there was a building change and they did not adjust it

"We sealed it because it isn’t accordance with building permit, there was a building change and they did not adjust it,” said Head of Building Control Division for Jakarta Spatial Planning Department, Bayu Aji, Wednesday (8/5).

Aji conveyed that the change is the visual layout which exceeds the building permit. While the building owner currently is still processing the new building permission in Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency.

“We had dislodged it last week, but we install again as the IMB change has yet finish,” he added.

Bayu stated, that his side will monitor the approval of new permit from City One-Stop Integration Service Agency.
