East Jakarta Mayor Visited PTMH in Rambutan Urban Village

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana visited Integrated Night Service (PTMH) in a number of urban villages, such as Rambutan and Ciracas Urban Village, Wednesday (8/12) night.

We provide PTMH to improve our service by facilitating citizens who are busy in the morning

Musyawardhana said, the visit was intended to ensure the service run well and meet the citizens' expectations, as well as seeing the work ethic of existing staff in urban villages and sub-districts in providing services.

"We provide PTMH to improve our service by facilitating citizens who are busy in the morning and can't process ID card, Family Certificate, or other permits," told Musyawardhana.

Integrated Night Service in Tebet Intensified

He hoped the service improvement can be maintained to keep appreciation and positive response from public related to PTSP service. "I often met citizen in the morning or noon to leave for work, they give us positive response. I also ask them about any extortion and ask suggestion for PTSP improvement" he told.

In order to give better service to the public, Musyawardhana also asked PTSP officers to cooperate with urban village and sub-district head.

"The PTSP officers could ask for help from urban village and sub-district. I also asked PTSP officer to always be friendly to citizens, make them comfort because this office also belongs to the citizens," he uttered.
