Jakarta Provincial Government is targeting the entire inhabited island will be equipped with raw-water processing machine in 2016.
All will be tendered in one packet at the beginning of December, thus it could be listed in the 2016 budget
According to Tri Djoko Sri Margianto, Head of Jakarta Water Management Department, the auction for procurement of the raw-water processing machine was cancelled last year.
"Thus, water processing from the sea is not yet realized until now," he told, Thursday (8/13).

He explains there are five islands that will hold auction are Harapan, Panggang, Kelapa, Tidung, and Lancang.
"All will be tendered in one packet at the beginning of December, thus it could be listed in the 2016 budget," he hoped.
